Eric L. Santiago M.D.
Born in Russellville, Dr. Santiago is returning with his family to practice in Northwest Alabama. Dr. Santiago received his BS degree from Rhodes College and is a graduate of UAB School of Medicine.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Wright State University and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
He has practiced as a hospitalist and, most recently was an Internal Medicine staff physician at the US Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan providing hospital and office care.
Dr. Santiago will provide outpatient care at our Cox Creek Office.
Inkyung K. Santiago M.D.
Dr. Santiago received her BS degree from Boston University and is a graduate of UAB School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Wright-Patterson Medical Center in Ohio. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She has practiced as a staff internist at the Kadena Air Base as well as the US Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan for the last four years providing hospital and office care for our service members and retirees.
Dr. Santiago provides outpatient care at our Cox Creek Office.
Nicholas Darby M.D.
Native of Florence, Dr. Darby is returning with his family to practice in Northwest Alabama upon completion of his medical training. Dr. Darby received his BS degree from Freed-Hardeman University and is a graduate of UAB School Medicine. Currently, he is serving as a Chief Resident at Cahaba Family Medicine Residency Program in Centreville, Alabama. Dr. Darby provides outpatient care at our Cox Creek Office.
Lauren C. Tharp, CRNP
Lauren graduated from Tharptown High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama. She continued her education at the University of Alabama in Huntsville earning a Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner.
